MCFT is the fulltime faculty union at Mendocino

College in Ukiah, California. We are affiliated with the

our national organization, The American Federation

of Teachers, AFL-CIO. We obtained our local charter

in 2005 and currently have a 95% membership rate

among the faculty we represent.
