Mendocino College Federation of Teachers 

MCFT is the fulltime faculty union at Mendocino College in Ukiah, California. We are affiliated with the our national organization, The American Federation of Teachers, AFL- CIO.

We obtained our local charter in 2005 and currently have a 97%  membership rate among the faculty we represent.
